By confirming your appointment with Harmony Life and Wellbeing Coaching via phone or email, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Mission Statement
At Harmony, I guide you through life transitions with empathy, honesty, and empowerment. My mission is to create safe, supportive coaching experiences that lead to personal growth, lasting confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Harmony Coaching Goals

  • To provide a compassionate space where you feel heard and valued.
  • To empower clients to move forward with clarity and confidence.
  • To facilitate transformative conversations that inspire personal action.
  • To ensure coaching is always conducted ethically and with integrity.

What to Expect

  • A warm, judgement-free environment focused on your needs and growth.
  • Active listening, reflective questioning, and respectful challenge where needed.
  • Tailored support to help you navigate change and set realistic goals.
  • Full confidentiality, professionalism, and care.

What Not to Expect

  • Therapy or medical advice. We are not clinical therapists or medical professionals.
  • Quick fixes – coaching is a journey, not a magic wand.
  • Coaching that pushes you into places you’re not ready to go. You lead the pace.

Coaching Session Duration & Timing

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
  • Sessions begin and end promptly to respect your time and mine.
  • If you are late, the session will still finish on time unless otherwise agreed.
  • If I am late (rare), you will always receive your full session.

Policies & Procedures

  • Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may still be charged.
  • Confidentiality: Everything shared in our sessions remains confidential, unless there is a legal or safety concern.
  • Boundaries: My role is to coach, not counsel, diagnose, or prescribe. I will always refer you to another professional if your needs go beyond the scope.
  • Commitment: You are responsible for your own growth. Coaching works best when you actively engage between sessions.
  • Technology Disclaimer: In the event of technical issues during an online session, we will reschedule at a mutually agreed time.

Disclaimer
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice. As a coach, I support you in exploring your goals, values, and decisions but do not give directive advice or treatment. Any outcomes from our sessions depend on your own participation and application.

Client Vetting Process - To ensure you and I are the right fit:

  • You’ll be invited to a free clarity call or gifted session to explore coaching together.
  • I will ask gentle questions to understand what you’re seeking.
  • If coaching feels aligned, we will agree together on a structure and frequency that supports you.
  • If I believe another service is more appropriate, I will signpost you with care.

Termination of Services

  •  Either of us can end the coaching relationship at any time.
  •  If sessions are paid in advance, I will refund any unused sessions where appropriate.

Client Reviews

  • Client feedback and reviews may be displayed on the Harmony Life & Wellbeing Coaching website and social media platforms.
  •  Reviews are only shared with the client’s consent and are used to help others understand the impact of coaching and build trust in the service.

Strategic Plan

  • Year 1: Build trust in the community, offer gifted sessions, gather testimonials, develop a strong client base.
  • Year 2: Launch workshops, expand referral network, strengthen brand identity, offer new wellbeing tools.
  • Year 3+: Deliver group coaching, host retreats, publish a workbook, and grow an online membership space.
